Very poor, disinterested, thoughtless service.

点评：Very poor service. I was kept
waiting to be served for a long time with no acknowledgement whatsoever. There were only 2 customers in front of me but I waited 10 minutes to be served.
The woman on the till was ‘faffing around’ and not working efficiently.
I asked for a highchair and despite the fact that I was struggling with a heavy bag and a small baby in a pram, the older waitress waved her around in the direction of a highchair and told me to get one myself. This is unhelpful and thoughtless.
The table I sat at was sticky, dirty, full of crumbs and had dirty glassware on it. A lady standing nearby whilst waiting for a takeaway noticed and very politely asked if it could be cleaned (I needed to feed the baby) and the attitude of the young waitress was awful - she stropped across and sprayed something out of a bottle across the table, narrowly missing the baby’s face. This is disgraceful and there would have been a major issue and a formal complaint if it had made contact with him. The dirty glassware was not removed for the duration of my stay.

The only glimmer of good service was from the young blonde waitress who saw me feeding the baby on my lap and offered to get me a highchair.
The cheese scone was excellent and of good quality. The price point for this selection was very good. The other food that I saw being served looked very nice.
However, 2/10 for awful service and poor attitudes. Smiles were not in evidence, either. You need to do much better and be more customer focused.

奶酪司康饼很棒，品质也不错。这个价位的菜品也很不错。我看到的其他菜品看起来也很不错。
然而，服务糟糕，态度恶劣，只能给2分（满分10分）。而且连笑容都没有。你们需要做得更好，更加以顾客为中心。
