点评:I was booked to visit rouse ranch this Aug 25.
Nearly 3 weeks out from leaving I was informed I would need an immediate triple by-pass operation.
I informed Tammy, via email, that I would need to cancel my visit and, even though stated clearly in their web page that they is no refund below 60 days, given the unavoidable circumstances, would they consider any kind of refund of my deposit.
10 days after first emailing I received a response saying Tammy would talk to her husband.
Now, 3 weeks later, post open heart surgery, I received my 'welcome to rouse ranch and your upcoming visit'.
No other response.
I find this both extremely poor business practice, and totally lacking in empathy for anothers situation.
I dread to think of how matters would have been handled had my situating arisen whilst actually visiting.
