Great afternoon out for wheelchair users!

点评：I visited today as part of a group of adults with disabilities. I was quite nervous, as I had never visited with wheelchair users before and we wanted to visit the animals and fish, and the restaurant. Although I’d been on my own I couldn’t remember exactly how accessible everything was. I need not have worried - despite 2 of the wheelchairs being very large, we were able to access the whole site. The loan of a wheelchair for one of our group was an absolute game changer and made the visit so much easier than it could have been.
I would like to thank the staff of the Potting Shed Restaurant especially, who made us so welcome - rearranging chairs so we could all fit around a table, and serving us lovely food with a smile on a busy Saturday afternoon. Service was quick and it was easy for us to pay individually. Everyone enjoyed the trip, and we will certainly return.
