点评：We had a lovely relaxing day at The Belfry Spa. The facilities were lovely. The Fire and Ice experience was really good. The lunch was a lovely two course main and dessert with a glass of prosecco. We both had the salmon, which was cooked really well and we both had the chocolate brownie, which was nice but I think a scoop of ice cream to go with it would have been nice :)
My treatment was really good. Sarb, my masseur was really, really good. I had a back, neck, shoulder massage with a facial. It included a scalp massage too. Sarb was very professional, and the pressure was quite firm, which I like. She did ask if the pressure was okay so if you like it more gently - just say. The products 'e-SPA' were lovely too.
When I go back, I will definitely be requesting Sarb for my treatment!!
