Disappointing for the cost.

点评：We chose this spa as I thought it was premium and used to have a good reputation, we were feeling tired and run down and wanted a relaxing quiet spa day.
On arrival we were met with a queue out the spa reception door and very slow to get people checked in, even though our arrival time was 1130am we couldn’t have our massages booked until 5pm and 530pm which I thought was ridiculous, we didn’t want to spend all that time sat in a pool and we couldn’t stay that late either due to other commitments. So when we pressed on this, they were able to bring our massage forward to 3pm but we could only have 20 minutes and not the 35 minutes paid for, this was frustrating but nothing we could do so had to accept that. When the massage time arrived the two staff were very pleasant and nice and the massage with oils was relaxing but just felt quite short for the money paid.
The spa itself like others have said was so over crowded and loud it didn’t feel relaxing at all unfortunately and just like being at a public swimming pool atmosphere.
The fire and ice experience was ok, but nothing special.
Nothing was really explained to us so I knew we had Prosecco and truffles, included in our package but didn’t know where from so had to find this out myself, you got half a glass of Prosecco and 3 chocolates, they did do me a vegan cake to be fair as I am lactose intolerant which was nice but not really what I fancied in the middle of a spa day.
It all seemed quite chaotic and not relaxing at all just loud, and felt rushed.
It was ok, I would not come back for the price point and the over crowdedness, sun beds were all all reserved with towels on them despite the policy and had no where to sit the whole time either.

没有人向我们解释清楚，所以我知道我们的套餐里有普罗塞克和松露，但我不知道从哪里买的，所以不得不自己去打听。他们给了我半杯普罗塞克和3块巧克力，公平地说，因为我有乳糖不耐症，他们确实为我做了一个素食蛋糕，这很不错，但在做完水疗之后，这并不是我想要的。
一切都显得相当混乱，一点也不让人放松，只是很吵，感觉很匆忙。
还可以，我不会再来了，因为价格和人满为患，尽管有规定，但日光浴床都被占了，上面铺着毛巾，而且整个过程中也没有地方可以坐。
