Awful spa treatments ever! don’t waste your money!!

点评：I would not recommend booking a treatment at this spa. I visited after a recommendation and was told the treatments were of a high standard; however, this was not reflected in my experience.
The treatment was rushed, lacked professionalism, and had no therapeutic benefit. The pressure was poorly applied and felt more like light stroking than a proper spa treatment. I did not receive the full duration of the treatment that was advertised. The therapist appeared fatigued, which clearly affected the quality of the service.
When I contacted the manager to raise my concerns, she was dismissive and showed little understanding of the issues I experienced during my spa day. This response was unacceptable and further compounded the negative experience.
Given the price charged, the service fell well below an acceptable standard. I would not return and do not recommend this spa to anyone considering booking treatments.
