Macdonald Craxton Wood Spa的点评
点评：I’ll start with the good points, all members of staff were lovely very efficient and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was good if not a bit expensive.
Now with the bad, the over all decor is very tired and dated. Lots of stains on ceilings due to water damaged, water damaged flooring in one of the relaxing rooms in the spa, chipped paint on the walls, broken tiles in the thermal spa, the bedroom headrest the leather all ripped, the lumpy pillows you get better quality in a premier inn, hairdryer not working, toilets not flushing in changing rooms. Spoils the overall aesthetic of a luxury spa break. The amount of items not available, no Prosecco, the bottle of white we were going to pick As an alternative to the Prosecco also sold out, no mango smoothies, run out of gin glasses, hardly any cakes in the spa (only 2 options and looked stale), only two varieties of crisps available at the bar. Lots of little things had it just been one we wouldn’t have been bothered but it seemed like it was everything we asked for they never had.
Unfortunately we wouldn’t return and couldn’t recommend. For what we paid I expected a lot more.
