Wild Admission Fee for Late Night Arcade (and uninclusive)

点评：We were really disappointed by our experience tonight.
Our family of five arrived around 9:30 p.m. We knew Funplex was open until 11:00 p.m., and we were looking forward to spending the last hour and a half playing arcade games and grabbing a few snacks. We had no interest in the rides or water attractions.
Instead, we were told that every person in our family had to purchase a $35 wristband just to enter. That meant spending $175 before buying a single arcade credit or snack.
So we turned around and left.
One of the reasons we visit places later in the evening is because our daughter is non-speaking and autistic. Large crowds can be overwhelming for her, so we intentionally choose quieter times when she can enjoy herself more comfortably. We weren’t looking for a full day at the park. We simply wanted to enjoy the arcade during a less crowded time.
To add to our disappointment, the security guard at the entrance told us to “come back tomorrow.” Unfortunately, that completely missed the point. Tomorrow would have meant larger crowds, which is exactly what we’re trying to avoid.
From a business perspective, this pricing structure doesn’t make sense. The parking lot was nearly empty, yet instead of welcoming a family that was ready to spend money on arcade games, snacks, and drinks, you let that business walk right back out the door.
I completely understand charging for unlimited rides and attractions, but requiring a full admission wristband just to access the arcade is frustrating. An evening arcade-only admission during the last couple of hours you’re open would make your facility more accessible to families like ours while also bringing in additional revenue.
We left disappointed, and we won’t be back unless this policy changes.

我完全理解收取无限次游玩和体验的费用这种做法。不过，仅仅为了进入游戏厅就需要佩戴完整的入场手环，这一规定实在令人沮丧。如果在营业时间的最后几个小时里允许只购买游戏厅入场券，就能让像我们这样的家庭更容易光顾贵场所，同时还能增加收入。
我们带着失望离开了，除非政策有所改变，否则我们不会再来了。
