1. If you receive a package and there is missing items, then is your fault. You are actually the one that need to pay to send the package back if you purchased from another country.
2. If they report that the package "arrived with any damage", then you lose again, and it's not the delivery service fault.
There is many things for them to improve. And honestly, actually with internet you can find really so much better Stores for your online purchase.
