点评:Because of all these reviews, I mistakenly hired this company to transfer me from Las Americas Airport in Santo Domingo to the hotel. When we arrived, no one was waiting for us inside the airport. Cocotours are very different than other companies whose drivers were waiting with signs and last names written on the arrival’s door. I did not see anyone with my name inside or outside, so I called the company. They were surprised no one was there and proceeded to contact the driver, return my call, provide me with the updates, etc. After some communication glitches back and forth, the driver showed up, parked ahead almost at the exit area, and we had to haul our luggage there. We got in the van, and the driver offered us a drink. I told my husband I paid the extra service to be received with a bottle of Prosecco to toast to our vacation's arrival. The driver said he wasn't aware of that. He was offering beers he had in his cooler. I called dispatch, and they verified the reservation, but the driver was not informed, and there was no Prosecco. Dispatch called the driver and asked him to stop by and get us a bottle. The driver didn't want to do it because he asked us several times if we wanted that. I offered to get my money back if he didn't feel like going. He chuckled. I asked to stop by a liquor store then, still trying to be positive. He stopped by a supermarket and got me a cheap, $3 top bottle of Chilean wine. Terrible delivery of services from beginning to end. These people have a business that caters to the country's number one industry, and they treat it with such a lack of responsibility, accountability, honesty, and professionalism that it makes them look like a joke. I don't even know how they stay in business. They're privately owned, yet they conduct business like syndicated government employees; nobody cares about anything, and nothing gets done right.
