点评：Halong Bay Tours / Blue Dragon Tours has been amazing to work with when planning and booking a Halong Bay Cruise
The website is easy to use to compare ships, itineraries, and costs to narrow down the many choices.
Booking was easy, with a deposit at the time of booking and the balance due a few days before the cruise. I actually booked one cruise and then a few days before the refund period ended, changed my mind and switched to a different cruise. It was super quick and easy to do (the cruise I wanted was still available).
The ship and itinerary matched the website description, and the cost was a little less than booking directly from the cruise.
They also made it easy to arrange transportation to and from the hotel to the cruise.
We left an item on the van (our fault) when returning to our hotel and reached out to see if it could be returned. They are attempting to find it for us before we leave, but even if they can't, we appreciate their effort
I would not hesitate to book with them again for another tour!!
