点评:Bad business practices, horrible customer service. Shipping label created 11/15, USPS waiting to receive package. Called 11/19, was told wait another week. Too much hassle for them to file claim. 11/20 at tracking updated package received at hub 5 hours from their location. Package had not shipped until after I called. Refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. Blamed USPS. Tried saying package had been traveling the 4 days, that USPS enters scans days after package has moved on. Better Business Bureau has multiple complaints of the same nature for this year. Refused to give me refund until they could confirm USPS had package rerouted to them. Once I said I would contact every on your side news outlet, my refund was processed within an hour. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE!!!
