SimCorner Australia: Travel Sims & Accessories的点评
点评：Sim corner has the worst customer service and products on the market! I confirmed before purchasing 2 USA sims that they were for the dates I ordered and that I would receive service on those dates. A week left in our trip and service stopped working g. This left us in a dangerous and highly stressful situation because all of our tickets, maps, contacts, apps and emails for the trip were on our phones. From another device I email several times and was blown off. Finally 6 emails later sim corner decided to do what they called a “deep dive” into the account and we were told “dont know”. This forced us to use Telstra mobile data which cost a fortune. Further to this Sim order uses T-Mobile in USA which provide them with “junk “ phone number that people have given up because they are plagued with hoax text and phone calls so our phones were ringing and longing all day and night with fake messages. We stopped into a t mobile to ask about this and were told that we were given trash numbers and ripped off. This type if situation leaves vulnerable travellers in a dangerous situation and if you are a first timer steer clear of this company because they offer no support. If your a seasoned traveler steer clear if you don’t want this type of hassle while you are supposed to be on a break having fun. Also they claim you can call countries and you can’t. Never again Simcorner and I’ll be spreading the word to all of my expat friends to never use you!
