Brilliant guide for all your Holbox travel wants and needs

点评：We (family of 4) used Valerie and the team to help us organise our Holbox trip from the UK, before we arrived in Mexico. She arranged transportation for us to and from Cancun airport, all the way to our hotel. We joined her and her team for a day with twhale sharks and snorkeling. She also organized a kayaking trip for us in the mangroves.
From our initial communication (in English but she is also fluent in Spanish and French), Valerie was professional, reassuring and warm. She provided good, clear instructions (and then provided them again closer to the time when I forgot them all!). We loved all our interactions with her and the team she works with. It was easy to do payments ahead of time (used Revolut).
The transportation from Cancun airport to our hotel in Holbox (and return) was seamless and meant we did not need to worry about any of the connections.
Our two outings were both just incredible. Swimming with whale sharks was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget, made even more enjoyable by spending it with Valerie and her team. We felt looked after from beginning to end.
Similarly, we loved the kayaking trip. We got to see so many different birds, including flamingos, up close. We even saw a little crocodile. Our guide was incredibly informative and patient with our hundreds of questions.
I would not hesitate to use Valerie again, when we return to Holbox and would highly recommend using her and the team for your visit.
