Terrific Setting but Mixed Outcome

点评：The Swan Valley brewery is a terrific setting. There is plenty of parking at the venue and on weekends it is needed. There s an abundance of tables both indoors or outdoors. As we had a furry friend with us we chose outdoors. Ordering of meals can be via those grotesque on table apps or, for the non technical people like me, at the counter.
It was a Tuesday afternoon and there were a number of Tuesday specials available. We chose lamb shank for her and lasagna for me. A side of sweet potato wedges was also ordered. The service was brisk and the food arrived in about 10 minutes which is quite acceptable. My wife described her lamb as outstanding and it was consumed in a very short period of time. The sweet potato chips were also excellent. Unfortunately that was not the case with the lasagne. Fairly dry with a cheese hardened top was not great eating. We will return to this great venue but, if you are thinking of having lasagne, I would give it a wide berth
