点评：Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya is on a whole different level. The atmosphere was incredible, buzzing with energy and definitely crowded, which makes sense since I visited during the holiday period. Despite the crowd, it never felt chaotic. Instead, it felt lively and exciting, like the city came together in one place.
There are endless shops to browse, making it easy to lose track of time. From everyday favorites to luxury brands, everything is here. SOGO and Matahari stood out for me because of their staff. The team in both stores were very approachable, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made shopping feel comfortable even during peak hours.
Food choices are abundant and seriously impressive. You can find everything from Asian and Western cuisines to local delicacies, all under one roof. I also enjoyed spotting some interesting knit and lifestyle items that added a unique touch to the shopping experience.
The mall itself is massive, with six towers, each offering multiple levels filled with wonderful shops and surprises. Luxury lovers will appreciate the presence of brands like Rolex and Omega, adding a premium feel to the overall experience.
After shopping, I highly recommend checking out the road along Hotel Majapahit at night. The vibe there is unbeatable, with vibrant street artists, cozy cafes, and a relaxed atmosphere that naturally slows things down. It is the perfect way to chill and end the evening.
