点评：Workman’s Travel usually offers wonderful trips, and I’ve always enjoyed my experiences. However, on April 22, I attended the St. Pete foodie tour and was very disappointed.
We were told we would visit five venues, but we only went to four. This left us with an hour and forty minutes of unplanned time, with little to do if you’re not interested in shopping. When I raised this concern with the tour guide, he explained that one venue was closed. However, shouldn’t that have been confirmed in advance when reservations were checked the week prior?
While the information states that venues may change, that shouldn’t justify promising five stops and delivering fewer without proper notice or adjustment.
I attempted to contact Workman’s several times, and I was told the owner would get back to me—but I never received a response. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up reflects poorly on how the business is currently being run.
