A Wonderful Solo Stay — Great Service and a Truly Thoughtful Experience

点评：I had a really wonderful stay at Rumah Atsiri as part of the Marigold Recharge Package. I came on my own for a solo trip, and from the very beginning, the experience was warm, comfortable, and genuinely well taken care of.
Even before I arrived, the communication through chat was very good. The team was responsive and helpful, and when I finally arrived, I was warmly welcomed by my host, Mas Rizal. He gave me such a good first impression of Rumah Atsiri and the hospitality I could expect throughout my stay.
I arrived quite early and went to Atsiri Jawa first, where I was warmly welcomed and given a very good introduction by Mbak Dilla. Atsiri Jawa, the Glamping area, and Rumah Atsiri each have their own character and atmosphere, and I really enjoyed seeing how different yet cohesive each place felt. The surroundings and ambience are beautiful, and there are plenty of opportunities to slow down and enjoy the environment.
The Recharge Package itself was also very well organized. My itinerary included several activities, including workshops, morning trekking, and the museum & garden tour. The morning trekking was such a great experience, especially with Mas Agus and Mas Berto, who were both very kind and engaging. The museum & garden tour with Mbak Kayla was also enjoyable, and she was very helpful in explaining everything throughout the tour.
What impressed me most, however, was the consistency of the service. Every instructor and host I met was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The team also seemed to communicate very well with each other. Even when there was a shift change, the next staff member already knew who I was and what activity I was supposed to attend. Whenever I moved from one location or activity to another, the staff already knew what I was there for, so I never had to repeat myself or explain my itinerary again.
It may seem like a small detail, but for a solo traveler, that kind of coordination makes a big difference. It made me feel genuinely looked after without feeling overly attended to.
Before I left, I was also given a small souvenir at the lobby, which was a very thoughtful final touch to the stay.
Overall, I had a great experience at Rumah Atsiri. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, unique atmosphere, well-organized activities, and especially the warmth of the staff made this solo trip feel very special.
