点评:What a joke this company is. Booking an airport transfer from the Emirates website you would expect good things. How wrong could I be. We booked a 6 seater SUV for our transfer from Katunayake airport to our hotel in Sr Lanka. When I told the local company there were 3 passengers they sent me a picture of a small Suzuki van. When I complained that I had paid for a SUV they sent pictures of a slightly bigger van. The van arrived to pick us up and it was in a terrible state inside. Seats ripped and falling apart. The driver apologised saying it was not his fault.
We phoned the local company Ashaz Travels and Tours to complain, only to have a very rude person on the other end of the phone. (Not a language barrier as my wife is Sri Lankan) When we said we were going to complain they deleted the pictures of the vehicles off WhatsApp. (Already saved)
I have since complained to CarTrawler and to my surprise they are not interested in my complaint. They have sent me a very well edited WhatsApp chat between me and the transport company, and have backed the transport company.
What a dreadful company this is. I cannot believe Emirates allow such a bad company to carry out a business from their website.
Booked and paid for a luxury SUV but had to travel in a horrible van that was falling apart.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Better off in a three wheeler.
