Much more than a guide: Jagath and his contagious passion!

点评：If you visit this plantation, you absolutely have to look for Jagath. We chose him after reading that he spoke Italian, and the reality exceeded our expectations: he speaks fluent Italian (and 5 other languages!) learned just by chatting with tourists. He even showed us his notebook where he jots down every new word to practice... such an incredible example of dedication!
The visit was magnificent and very engaging: he had us dress up in traditional tea-picker clothes and explained with extreme clarity the difference between white and green tea, as well as the various stages of production. In the factory, we followed the journey of the leaf all the way to the finished product, discovering the pros and cons of each variety. Special mention: Jagath is also a great photographer! He took so many photos of us during the harvest, which are now our favorite souvenirs. He looked after us kindly until the tasting and helped us choose the best teas to buy in the shop without any rush. Thank you Jagath, you made this day unforgettable!
