Vast tea estate and the main reception centre which resembles a tourist amusement park scene.Lots of tourists are brought in hordes by guides and drivers who have an arrangement with the tea estate team,for obvious reasons.
The parking area and restaurant is crowded in contrast to the serene environment outside.
There are sales teams who are allotted to the tourists.They have both basic free tours and also paid tours,which they try to sell.
The guide takes visitors to the factory ,explaining the tea making process right from raw leaves to final packed state,which is informative.But the guide hurries through the process without patience ,probably to take on the next visitor as target.
The final section is the display of different tea in cups.
Tourists are then brought to their restaurant which offers only a free sample of basic tea and others are to be purchased at high prices.
Their shop selling tea and spices are highly overpriced,targeting the tourists.
