Customer service lacking

点评：The positives are it’s a clean park with plenty of services and for the most part staff (mostly young college students) are friendly if even a little lacking in knowledge and customer service.
The downside of here is the security guard we met on arrival who thinks he’s doing security for the Royals. He was the rudest man I have ever encountered in my life. We had our 5 yr old in a trolley with our bags, he made a beeline for us asking if she had specials needs. Not that it was any of his business. Telling us that trolleys are not allowed. We had done a quick google search and none of the car attendants had said anything before we made the long walk from the car park up. I explained to him and he pointed to the signed and said it’s in the terms and conditions telling us we can rent a buggy!!
This place is a money racket!! You can’t bring your own trolley but they will rent you a buggy!!!
Photos are an extortionate price for very poor quaility and the extra costs for some activities like driving school are ridiculous. It’s an expensive cost already without paying extra for things when you get in.
Overall a little customer service training would go a long way, no map or details offered when we checked in. No mention that we could have hired lockers to place our bags in without having to hire the buggy.
