点评：We booked our trip at short notice (3 days ahead) and received professional, friendly service from the very start.
Mr Saurav arranged a 10-night, 11-day tour for us covering a huge amount of Meghalaya. He met us at Guwahati train station on arrival and was readily available via WhatsApp throughout our trip.
He replanned one hotel during the trip without any fuss and upgraded one room. We couldn't have asked for any better help, support or advice.
However, out on the road an agent is only as good as his drivers .....and we had the monemental good fortune to be driven for the whole trip by Sankar. What a additional bonus it was to be greeted at the start of every day by this calm, smiley young man who turned out to be an excellent, safe driver with a good sense of humour. Despite the language barrier, we learned quite a bit from Sankar along the way and were impressed by his knowledge of the roads and how he kept the car spin and span and beautifully clean inside and out
With regards to the itinerary we would say you can absolutely skip the ecopark (nothing eco about it at all) and steer very clear of Riverruns camping (see direct review). Otherwise we loved everything especially the walking / hiking opportunities.
If ever we come this way again we will contact Saurav directly to organise another tour without hesitation.
