点评：A total scam. Absolutly disgusting behaviour by staff that has dealt with my membership. They have made the process of signing up real quick and easy, so that they can start sucking your money out of your bank account, but when you want to cancel, then you get bounced around and in my case, they never cancelled my membership, i only found out about it when i realised they have charged me again. A TOTAL SCAM of a place. Also, in Westbury (Bristol) where i was signed up and used their facilities for some weeks, the place is full of young entitled rich kids and chavs. When you want to relax in the spa, you can't because they are contantly talking loudly about very unintelligent things and some have even been on their phone IN THE SAUNA! You rarely ever get to sign up to classes and paddle court etc. I come from another country that is way smaller than UK and we have managed to provide our citizens with MUCH better service and three times smaller price then this scam of a place. I will be writing this review over and over again until I get an apology!!!
翻译：简直就是个骗局。负责我会员业务的工作人员态度极其恶劣。他们把注册流程搞得又快又简单，好趁机从你银行账户里榨取钱财。但当你想要取消会员资格时，他们却百般推诿，而我的情况是，他们根本没取消我的会员资格，直到我发现他们又扣了我一次钱。这地方简直就是个彻头彻尾的骗局。另外，我在布里斯托尔的韦斯特伯里分店注册并使用了几个星期的设施，那里到处都是自以为是的富家子弟和小混混。你想在水疗中心放松一下，根本没法做，因为他们一直在大声喧哗，说着一些毫无意义的话，甚至有人在桑拿房里玩手机！你几乎不可能报名参加课程或使用网球场等等。我来自一个比英国小得多的国家，我们都能为公民提供比这个骗局地方好得多、价格却只有三分之一的服务。我会一遍又一遍地写这篇评论，直到他们道歉为止！！！
