Straight Ahead beauty kiosk: ftat iron scam with bait and switch practices

点评：I am very disappointed to have buy a flat iron at the (SA) straight ahead beauty kiosk at the Maine Mall.
The salesperson used a very different iron for the demonstration than the one sold to me.. The one she used was performant and gave very great results ! She told me that it woks with steam. So funny!! The one received in the bag is a cheap ceramic iron that doesn’t work and fry my hair!
I find on the internet that this company has many complaints about theirs products at the bureau for better business. All stories are the same !!
They demonstrated a very good flat iron and sold you scam. This practice is illegal : Bait and switch.
The ugly truth about these kiosks has also a Facebook page : Sutra beauty scam artist. Hundreds of story like mine! Moreover the same iron can be buy between 60$ and 299$ . When you bargain it the price is going down and they tell you that they give you THE staff price. The salesperson never mention that they don’t do refund ! She speaks about a lifetime warranty. I have contact the costumer service at the manufacturer and they cannot do nothing because all retailers are independent. So you have to fight with them directly to have your money back. DON’T waist your money.
I will contact Maine mall to advise them about my experience.
