点评：Wish I could give 0 stars. We booked to have an owl ring bearer for our wedding, months in advance and paid £450 for the privilege. We were so excited and kept it a secret from everyone. As huge animal lovers we couldn’t wait to have the owl.
The night before the wedding we were told that the owl had suffered an injury to her wing and was unable to do the wedding. Whilst we were gutted we completely understood that her welfare came first. We politely requested our money back and that was that. I was advised that the payment had been set up for the following Monday (unsure why it couldn’t be an instant bank transfer but hey ho)
Monday came and went so I sent a follow up email on the Wednesday and was told that Martin had suffered a fall from a horse and had been in hospital. I gave best wishes and just asked that the money go in. During this time I checked out social media and realised on the day of our wedding that Dartmoor hawking had in fact been present at another event with the owl that was to be used in our wedding. So Martin had just decided that another event was far more important and cancelled on us the day before.
The money still hadn’t hit the account so I decided to ring and was told he was on the road and would do it when he got back. We eventually after trying and trying got the money. DO NOT BOOK FOR A WEDDING. I have seen other reviews where the same thing has happened.
