点评：Absolutely amazing experience the whole way through. The staff was incredible, we had reserved an hour for a VR escape room and realized when we went to pick the theme we wanted that it was for 2 OR 4 people (We thought it was 2-4) so we had to select a different one. The staff member first checked to see if there was any available staff to jump in with us (which surprised us and was super cool of them), but no luck this time. So he talked us through the options, helping our son decide which one he wanted to do instead.
We were shown the massage chairs and PS4s we could use while we waited for our turn. The staff member chatted with us about where we were from and what experience we had with VR and things like that and made us feel very welcome. The staff members were very diligent about keeping the headsets clean after every use, all were very friendly and helpful through the VR experience, and after finishing our escape room with time to spare, we were allowed to play other VR games to make up our time. Absolutely keen to go back again and highly recommend this to anyone into escape rooms, games and/or VR.
