点评：The kids love it here, one thing I find frustrating is you book a time slot, are told to get there 10-15 minutes early, and then you don’t actually start climbing until 30 minutes after your time slot, so we arrived at 11.15 and the children didn’t climb until 12. They were really bored waiting around and then with us finishing at 1 instead of the expected 12.30 they were starving by the time we finished. This isn’t explained on the website or by staff when you pay. They’re too busy chatting amongst themselves.
They enjoy the climbing, but we paid £3 for my son to do the stairway to heaven, he cried on the first stair and we weren’t offered to go on the slide instead or a refund.
It’s good but very expensive and some of the staff just sit & stand around chatting not being the most helpful.
