Pinawa Channel Float and Paddle的点评
点评：There was not any signage on the highway where you need to turn left to sign in and receive the lifejacket and ride the shuttle. Therefore we drove to the actual start of the float where the parking lot was absolute chaos, and we lost valuable time trying to find where we needed to go. We were instructed to drive back to the turn in at the Pinawa Cemetery. We almost missed this turn because of the lack of signs as mentioned. This left us running behind on our reservation. Even then after signing in the process wasn’t clear. Our shuttle had an issue and was delayed. At the starting point we were told to head to the water where a large floatation device would be brought but it took a while thus making us feel stressed that we were in the wrong location. We finally got onto the water. The scenery was nice however the river has no markings to gage how far you have gone so it’s very hard to pace your float. We arrived at the end sooner than we needed and we wished we had known along the way how far we were as we could have slowed our pace and savoured it more. An employee was yelling at us as we were pulled to shore.
