What Went Wrong:
❌ Misleading Sales Tactics:
A salesperson named John outside the park promised us a specific package: 7 adult Signature zip lines (1.5 km each) and solo zip lines (500m) for 7 children + 1 adult. However, once inside, the reality was very different.
❌ Inaccurate Info About Kids' Activities:
We were told the children would ride solo. But inside the park, they were forced to ride in pairs due to "weight issues" — something that was never mentioned during booking, even after the sales person thoroughly checking there weight.
❌ Faulty Zip Line and Poor Safety:
The first adult zip line was malfunctioning — several people got stuck midway, including 3 members of our group. This wasn’t an isolated incident and raised serious safety concerns.
❌ Rude Staff and Zero Accountability:
When we voiced our concerns, staff initially refused to take responsibility. After nearly 3 hours of discussions, only 2 people were allowed to redo the ride — and that too right before closing. By the company We were offered only a partial refund, not the full amount we had paid.
Staff to Be Aware Of:
John (Sales): Misleading information.
Hyder (Zipline Manager): Unavailable during the incident.
Mehendi (Manager): Offered a vague, partial refund.
Cashier (Name unknown): Not helpful.
Mr. Yohan: Extremely rude and disrespectful to tourists.
As per our driver's advice, We skipped visiting the 7 Coloured Earths to come here — a decision we truly regret.
