点评:I travel in the Syracuse/Albany area monthly for work (First Time Visitor to Frog Alley) and brought employee's to your brewery. I was disturbed (wait for the rest of the story) by a bartender who told me she would be right with me, right after she served another customer (This is OK). Before she came back, 1 person came to the bar just to the right of me, and then another to the right and they both were served first! I told the bartender, when she came to me, that I was a bit upset and explained the situation. However, I was told I was not allowed to stay and should take my business elsewhere. I never raised my hands, never made threats, never raised my voice, and signed my billing willingly with a smile. I just commented on service that I hoped and expected when spending $200+ on a Tuesday at your establishment. We had more time to spend with you and would have loved to do it this evening. Not to mention with future employees/customers who would enjoy the experience. I would recommend that when a paying customer offers a concern to your host, and then, the host turns their back mid conversation and tells you to leave, you ask a manger to intervein. You have detracted me from coming back to your company or offering referrals. Please remind your employees that customers are people that experience the same issues “They” might deal with at home. However we come to spend money, tip well, and get away from the problems at home (while paying top dollar in the current market). This is not the experience your facility offered this evening.
I realize nothing will change/happen at Frog Alley. I have worked in restaurants in the Front & Back of house for 10+ years in a previous life. They are simply employees that “might” show up! I just know how many brewery’s there are in every town of this country and "You Need Business!"
But I am sure you will figure it out on your own....
