点评：Overall I would say this is a decent hotel with some positives and some negatives.
The positives - hotel is quite close to the entrance of the Safari so this is convenient. Most of the staff are friendly ,attentive & efficient. The Half board dinner was very impressive with a wide range of food a buffet.
Negatives - the road into the hotel needs significant work , it took our taxi man a long time to enter , it's not suitable for a non 4x4 vehicle. Maybe you should be picked up at the gate in a 4x4? When we arrived at the hotel the check in was a bit slow. Also a young staff member came straight to us to try sell us a unique dinner package which was a BBQ , at $100 PP. At this point we'd just been travelling for over 4 hours and no one had explained what was included in our package, he was extremely keen to push this on us, we politely advised we'd think about it. He again asked us half an hour later right before our Safari trip, when my wife declined he rudely walked away. Some of the items on the menu were unavailable, they cohld be removed if this is the case. Also some drinks are available in some parts of the hotel but not in others , this didn't make sense to us.
Finally - on our last night, my wife and I heard a scurrying animal noise in our room in the middle of the night, we had to move room - which in fairness the staff sorted. However - No one helped us in the morning and this wasn't mentioned again before we checked out, it was a disappointing end to the trip.
Overall a hotel with promise but needs improvement. We did have a friendly visit from an Elephant onto the compound on the final evening which enhanced the stay!
