点评：Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of money. We paid £137 for a family of four, and it was absolutely not worth it.
The soft play area was tiny, overcrowded, and clearly not designed to cope with the number of visitors. The animals outside looked bored and inactive, with very little engagement for children. The Christmas attraction was especially poor, very little effort had been put into it and it felt rushed and underwhelming.
Large parts of the outdoor area were wet, muddy, and unpleasant, and to make matters worse, the big outdoor slide wasn’t even operating, with no prior warning given. For the price charged, basic facilities should at least be fully functional.
Overall, this was a hugely overpriced and poorly maintained attraction. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and it certainly did not live up to expectations. I would not recommend Rand Farm, especially for families, and I regret spending such a large amount of money here.
