点评：I am absolutely devastated. My 5 year old daughter is animal mad and had asked for a falconry party for her 6th birthday. I teamed up with a friend to do a joint party for 2x 6 year olds and about 30 of their friends. They were beyond excited. Initially it seemed legit, friendly and organised, deposit of £100 paid and booking form completed. 5 days before the party, with invites sent, activity packs made, cakes baked and venue booked, we receive a text cancelling the booking. The man, Jason, refused to speak on the phone only communicating by text, and kept using the excuse of the admin colleague being away in Tenerife and not having access to the bank account to check complete payment had been made. How a business owner cannot access his own business account is beyond me. Despite us offering other solutions, he continued to be evasive and aggressive and refused to commit to the agreement of the party. When we commented on the Facebook page to try and get a response, we were threatened with legal action. Not only has a deposit been lost but our poor children and all their friends have now been let down last minute. The thought of having to explain this to my daughter is heartbreaking. All I can say is stay away from this business. How someone can be so cruel and unprofessional for a child’s birthday party is beyond me. We were practically begging to pay and get this confirmed and were met with relentless aggression. Do not use.
