Wonderful spa

点评：I booked a three hour spa session for myself and it was absolute heaven! I arrived a little early (parking is very easy - right outside and free) and was welcomed warmly at reception before someone came and showed me around the spa. I love that they limit the number of bookings in a session and that you have your own personal lounger for the entirety of your visit, this is such a brilliant idea. The relaxation lounge (where the loungers are) is beautiful and there is complimentary herbal tea (two different infusions, both lovely), infused water and fruit to help yourself to. You can also order (at an additional cost) food and drinks to be brought to you at your lounger, though I didn't do this.
Onto the spa area and there are several "cabins" with different thermal experiences including a caldarium, steam room, salt room, steam sauna and dry sauna, plus an amazing room with infrared chairs which I really enjoyed. There are also several experience showers and an ice fountain. There is a guide on the wall showing you a suggested route, but I spent most of my time cycling around the caldarium, salt room, infrared room and the experience showers as I can't cope with a lot of heat. There were only a handful of other people there and most of the time I had the cabin all to myself.
The hydrotherapy pool is also really lovely, with different buttons around the sides to give you different experiences. I enjoyed the jacuzzi beds in particular! I did find the pool temperature a touch on the cold side at 31 degrees, but I think this is personal preference.
The changing rooms are spotless and well equipped with large lockers (accessed by wristband), rainfall showers, Dyson hairdryers and plenty of shower and skincare products.
Overall this has to be the best and most relaxing spa I've ever been to. I just wish I lived closer!
