I had a mixed experience with the visa services at AFC for my 10-year UK visa application. Unfortunately, my consultant IYAA was highly unresponsive and delayed the process for almost four weeks, citing manpower shortages. Her frequent unavailability further delayed the process. AFC visa team in UK application was ONLY required to check documents as per checklist. The uploading was done by VFS Global. Overall, the service by IYAA was highly disappointing and caused unnecessary stress. However, I sincerely appreciate Miss Delma DSouza from Customer Service, who promptly addressed my complaint, coordinated the document review, and secured an early appointment for me. Thanks to Delma. I received my 10-year UK visa within a week after submission. There was another part of the visa process; EVisa requires guidance and I had no one except the Sales Consultant Ms Jerusha who helped me to download EVisa.
While IYAA consultant disappointed me, I would not generalize the entire team based on this experience. Credit to Miss Delma & Miss Jerusha for restoring confidence through her professionalism and support.
