点评：An hour into our full day rental the engine cut out completely and we were left with no power. Luckily we were close to shore and the wind drove us onto a dock but it could have been more serious if we had have been further out to sea.
They rebooked us for the following day but we still lost most of the original day with waiting to be picked up. Watching them try and fix the boat and getting back to our car. Very surprisingly they did not offer us anything by way of a refund or a boat upgrade the next day. I would have thought that a complete breakdown of a a boat would trigger some form of client relations effort. Instead, the attitude seemed to be that these things happen.
The two boats we saw were old and definitely had been well used. They did the job but it was not high end luxury. A charter would be the better route for people who are not experienced with boats and these waters. Staff were perfectly pleasant but it was hard to tell who was in charge and clearly nobody thought that a meaningful gesture was required.
