点评:Lots of people during the weekends, not that much to see during the week. I took a day trip in Helsinki starting from my hotel and headed to a popular Fazer Cafe to get some breakfast. After seeing around for a couple of hours, we headed for lunch to Lyyran Kellari, a new, trendy food court in Hakaniemi, just two metro stops from the main railway station.
From Lyyran Kellari, which is connected to the Hakaniemi Metro Station, you can just take a few steps up to the street level and you can see Hakaniemi market from there so it is easy to find even as the tram were not going to Hakaniemi from the city center (I visited in April 2025).
Had some Finnish "pulla" (buns) and coffee near by the sea and took some time to see all the vendors offering their hand made stuff. More people selling food though, than anything else.
The prices are good being Helsinki, which is pretty expensive, but these sort of old markets are definitely something to experience while visiting Helsinki.
