A wonderfully immersion experience into the world of gin

点评：We had a superb time at our Gin Tasting Experience. Our hosts Damian and Sally were friendly, welcoming and entertaining throughout. Not only do you get to know how gin is made, but also what it takes to produce a spirit of the very highest quality. The knowledge and expertise of our hosts were unsurpassed. We were treated to a generous glass of the Signature London gin on arrival and then were shown round the distillery and all its works. Then came the blind tasting of five gins - a process that involves ingesting the drink's aroma, sipping, mixing, reflecting, sharing thoughts and then guessing the ingredients ( mostly incorrectly in my case). I also, for the first time in my life, got to understand and appreciate just how important the mixers are.
The experience is completed by having a full glass of your favourite gin from the tasting.
