A kid's smile at a ridiculous price

点评：First and foremost, thank you for the opportunity to make my daughter smile.
That said, I’ve traveled enough to know when something feels more like a money trap than a magical memory. Unfortunately, this was one of those experiences.
While the park itself deserves an 5 out of 5, the dolphin swimming experience was a 1 at best — making the day an overall disappointment.
We paid €75 per person for entry. On top of that, €140 for a “swim” with a dolphin — which the swim alone turned out to last barely 20 seconds. To make things worse, the setup of the dolphin pool is clearly designed to block guests from taking their own photos, forcing you into the in-house photography trap.
And that’s where things got really sour:
Photographers used our paid dolphin time to stage and snap pictures.
Then we were hit with the pricing: €30 per photo or €140 for all 12 incl. all on a USB stick.
No personal photography allowed.
We chose just 3 photos — €70 for pictures of my own child, in an experience I already paid heavily for.
It’s not just the money — it’s the feeling of being manipulated at every step.
Here’s a thought: Why not offer fair, transparent packages like
“Swim with a Dolphin + 5 photos = €199?
No surprises. Happier guests. Win-win.
As it stands, we spent over €400 for a single afternoon. I don’t mind spending money when the experience matches the cost — but this did not. I’m writing this to you, before posting this review to help other families think twice. There are many other ways to make your child happy that don’t involve feeling ripped off.
Again, the park was great, the employees we dealt with were super helpful but the Dolphin experience, well, if zero stars were possible, I would have given that. The one star is for my daughter’s smile — but it came at a ridiculous price.
