点评：Me and my friend stayed last night in room 113 / For my birthday
Mid week Bed and breakfast
Thanks for the birthday card that you did not write in. So personal!!
Dust everywhere, dead daddy long legs on floor and dirty smudges all over the walls, felt like we were in the servants quarters
The room was so hot we considered moving rooms
Lunch in the sports bar was disgusting we did not finish it and got a refund, falafel and hummus wrap with salad that looked like it had sat in the sun all day, burnt falafel no hummus, chicken tenders tasted like plastic
Cafe next Otis’s tried the pumpkin spice cake which was rock hard took one bite and returned, coffee not great
Spa facilities were ok but by this point we were seriously considering leaving or eating out
But we thought we would try dinner, it was ok but disappointing, cheesecake was not fresh as tasted like it had been defrosted and the mains were drowned in rapeseed oil
Slept ok but a loud noise woke my friend
Breakfast was not good, croissants were stale
In summary I will never recommend or return
I am shocked that your staff allow food with rotting salad out the kitchen
None of your staff care
Really gone down hill since my last stay in February
The only positive was Ollie in the restaurant young lad whom is wasted in your establishment, so patient and accommodating

总之，我永远不会推荐或回来
我很震惊你们的员工允许食物厨房里有腐烂的沙拉
你们的员工都不关心
自从我二月份上次入住以来，情况真的每况愈下
唯一的优点是餐厅里的 Ollie，那个年轻小伙子在你们这家餐厅喝得烂醉如泥，非常耐心和乐于助人
