点评:These people sold me a Galaxy A26 5G on 8-17-2025 for about $400 (18,000 Pesos). They said it had a 7 day money back guarantee. The phone corrupts and interrupts conversation all the time. When I tried to return it on 8-22-2025, they told me nothing was wrong with it. Then they said I had to take it to a repair center on Colon Road in Cebu. I don’t have time for that. Work takes up 65 hours plus a week.
I feel that Samsung and their experience store are disreputable and unprofessional. I will never do business with them again. As a matter of fact, I am fed up with Samsung’s poor customer service in general from previous experiences. My next phone will be an Apple. Everyone I know raves about them and has fewer problems than with a Galaxy.
Regardless of what brand phone you buy, I advise to NEVER buy ANYTHING from this Samsung experience store and NEVER trust ANYTHING they say.
