AMADEUS River Cruises的点评
点评：Our second river cruise, but a first with Amadeus. The shop and cabins are wonderful and impressionable. The staff is primarily friendly but some desk staff need to be trained in hospitality.
The lunch and dinners were a disappointment in both menu options and preparation. Breakfast was a buffet and quite enjoyable. I look forward to delicious pastries as well but again it was mostly cakes and cookies.
A major obstacle was seating in the dining room for dinner. We were advised as an independent couple that the tables were reserved for the five groups on board. I basically sat where I wanted with no intention of moving. First come, first served. It is very confusing and basically rude.
The cruise director was spectacular, and the excursions were enjoyable. No pressure selling while we chose on arrival.
Viva was our first river cruise which is basically all inclusive for travelers from the United States including all beverages and excursions.
Overall, I enjoyed it but changes are needed.
