点评：We are so sorry we can’t remember her name, but our incredible host today had short pink hair – and trust us, she was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with the warmest smile and a sparkle in her eyes that instantly made us feel welcome and excited for what was ahead. She’s a beautiful young woman with such a vibrant personality, charismatic, full of life, and truly one of those rare people who leave a lasting impression.
Her energy was infectious, and she has a genuine knack for customer service that you simply can’t teach. Every word, every gesture, and every bit of enthusiasm felt authentic. She had clearly memorised the entire script for our room, but she didn’t just recite it – she brought it to life. The way she set the scene, explained the mission, and interacted with us made us feel like we had stepped straight into a spy movie. For the entire experience, we genuinely believed we were Russian spies, thanks to her flawless delivery and commitment to the role.
What really stood out was her ability to make us feel both comfortable and fully immersed at the same time. She paid attention to the little things, reading the room perfectly, knowing when to ramp up the suspense and when to make us laugh. That balance is a skill very few people have, and she pulled it off effortlessly.
We honestly cannot thank her enough for the experience she gave us today. She turned a great escape room into an unforgettable memory, and we truly believe she will go far in life.
