Unreasonable scam parking charges. Huge customer service failures

点评：The shopping centre is great but unfortunately we have been preyed upon by the contracted parking firm, who swindle customers as part of their business model. No one at centre management seems to understand the customer service failures associated with hiring a parking management firm that send threatening letters to customers because of some unadvertised "rule". They seem to think we're all mugs who'll gladly accept unreasonable parking fines and continue giving the centre money.
I cannot be a customer any more as I simply can't afford idiotic fines or tolerate a tone-deaf management team that don't understand how upsetting it is for customers who park in good faith and are swindled with unreasonable fines and threatened. The whole point of customer service is ensuring that people want to come back again. We have been driven away by this unscrupulous parking firm and a centre management that only want to excuse this swindling of good customers.
