点评：Me, my husband and teenage boys decided to do a escape room due to the rain. We have done a fair few and are always able to complete it.
This occasion we were stuck, as we couldn’t get any further, so we waved at the cameras as they had told us to do so. We must have waved for about 6-7 minutes until we decided to give up.
My husband decides to leave and go to the toilet and seen the young girl was too busy speaking to a male member of staff from a different department not even looking at the screens. He told her we were waving at the screens. She just shrugged her shoulders.
So we decided to retire the game as we only had about 5mins left and didn’t know how far we had left.
As we left the rooms, the young girl ask if we had escaped. I just looked at her and said if you were looking at the screens you would known. She then said I can’t watch all the screens, we were all literally in 1 room!!!
These escape rooms are not cheap, it was a waste of money and time. Literally left us all annoyed and disappointed.
The male who booked us in was helpful and informative, it’s a shame the experience nose dived because a member of staff could not be bothered to do her job!
Warning to anyone who’s wanting to try it, just don’t!!!!!

帮我们预订的那位男士很乐于助人，而且提供了很多信息，可惜的是，因为一位工作人员懒得做她的工作，导致体验大打折扣！
