点评:I’ve been a customer of Colonial for over 45 years. Grew up at Lotawana and came frequently with my parents. I still live in the area and continue to shop there out of loyalty, but that is wearing thin. Things changed a couple of years ago after it got sold to KAT. The customer service used to be personal and the employees were knowledgeable. Now, management is not responsive, employees seem to turn over much more frequently, and I often get “I don’t know” as a response from the teenage employees. It’s fine if you don’t know the answer to something…go get the answer and follow up with me. Don’t just end the conversation there. Finally, corporate rules seem to govern their processes rather than looking for ways to meet the customers needs, like they used to do.
Not opposed to driving farther and/or paying more for a better experience.
