Let's Roam的点评
点评：We purchased the VIP experience from Let’s Roam and were met with a complete bait and switch. Our salesperson, Maya, was friendly and attentive—until, of course, our credit card payment was processed. After that, any question I asked was met with condescension and tone-policing, as though I were a misbehaving child.
Our assigned "Event Coordinator" made all sorts of promises: a host would reach out, we'd get calls to plan things together, and the app had all these amazing features we’d be walked through. None of that ever happened. No calls. No host. No follow-up. When I reached out for help, I was placed on hold for over 35 minutes—during a 120-minute hunt—only to be told someone would email me. Spoiler: they didn’t.
The next day, after multiple hold transfers, I finally spoke to the “host” who couldn’t even be bothered to show up to our hunt. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to someone who seemed more interested in defending her staff and dismissing my experience as a matter of "perception" than in actually hearing or resolving any of the legitimate issues I raised.
With this kind of leadership, it's no wonder our experience was so poor. This was not a VIP experience—it was a lesson in how not to run a business.
Do yourself a favor and skip Let’s Roam. Save your money and check TripAdvisor instead for top-rated activities in the city you're visiting. You’ll thank yourself later.
