Exceptional safari experience with flawless organisation

点评：We booked our safari with JT Safaris in Diani Beach six months in advance, but due to circumstances beyond our control we had to change our plans just a few days before the trip. Fortunately, we were staying close to Julius’ office. He immediately arranged for Chris his driver to pick us up from our hotel and bring us in so we could re-plan everything.
Julius was fantastic. He accommodated all our last-minute changes without any fuss and made every arrangement we needed. He organised our safari with a superb guide, Dominic, who took exceptional care of us on our trip to the Masai Mara. Dominic went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience — the safari truly exceeded our expectations. After the safari, Roy picked us up from the airport and looked after us brilliantly, rounding off the trip with the same level of care.
We also booked a half-day tour to Mombasa, and once again the service was outstanding. Chris our driver and Farouk our guide, were both excellent.
Julius’s organisation and professionalism are second to none. His prices are very reasonable, we always felt well taken care of, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. If we return, JT Safaris will be our first choice.
