Overall great-communication lacking

点评：Hard to know what is a cultural difference in how things are done and what is a reflection of this specific tour operator. Overall it felt a bit disorganized, JT was very helpful when planning and booking the safari but communication dropped off after booking was confirmed. Payment is a little off putting, you are sent a link via email to send $$$$ and it does not feel totally secure however it went through and all was fine. Getting exact information was a challenge, despite asking repeatedly we did not know our exact itinerary or flight details until the day before our trip, this was stressful. We stayed at Figtree lodge and it was excellent, nice accommodation, great food, very safe and secure with hippos in the river nearby to watch with your coffee in the morning. Safari driver was also great, very friendly, great with kids and we saw all the wildlife we could have hoped for. Felt a little pressure to go to a Masai Mara village where we then had to pay $20 per adult to enter to watch some dances and have a tour and then a lot of pressure to buy from their market at very inflated prices compared to what the Mara people offer when they come to your vehicle in the park or back in Diani where you can buy many of the exact same things for 1/4 cost however they said it supported their school. Encourage anyone to do research about this part before agreeing to a village tour.
Overall the safari was good value for money, accommodation was great and the safari itself exceeded expectations. Areas for improvement are communication ahead of time and making payment options more secure and accessible.

总的来说，这次safari之旅物有所值，住宿很棒，safari本身也超出了预期。需要改进的地方是提前沟通，以及让支付方式更安全便捷。
